Saturday, September 4th: Enjoy a free concert at the 21st Annual Neighborhood To Neighborhood Festival featuring Chrisette Michele, Macy Gray, Tamika Patton, Urban Guerilla Orchestra and Universal Dance & Drum Ensemble. There will be carnival rides, face painting, hula hoop & sack races for children. Adults sign up for line dancing and karaoke.
